We recommend bringing up to four guests to your appointment. Keeping your group small creates a more relaxed experience and gives you plenty of space to focus on finding your dress.

Bridal appointments are 90 minutes, giving you time to try on a variety of gowns with the guidance of one of our experienced stylists.

Wear whatever makes you feel comfortable! Most of our gowns have built-in cups, so many brides prefer not to wear a bra. If wearing one makes you feel more comfortable, that's perfectly fine too.

If you plan to wear shapewear on your wedding day, feel free to bring it along, but it's absolutely not required. Shoes aren't necessary for trying on gowns, although you're welcome to bring your wedding shoes if you've already chosen them and would like to see them with your favorite dresses.

Our sample gowns range from size 4–24, with most samples falling between sizes 10–16. Even if a sample isn't your exact size, our stylists are experienced at helping you envision how a gown will look once it's ordered specifically for you.

Yes! Your gown will be ordered in the size that best matches your measurements according to the designer's sizing chart.

Most special-order gowns arrive within 4–6 months. Some designers have select gowns available much sooner, while custom collections may take 8–11 months.

Alice sees brides both at her studio in Palmdale and at Ever After Bridal twice each month by appointment. Because her schedule fills quickly, we recommend booking your alterations shortly after purchasing your gown.

You're welcome to choose any seamstress you'd like, but we've trusted Alice with our brides for years and highly recommend her expertise.

Yes! We offer a beautiful selection of veils to complement your gown. Our veils are special order and typically arrive within 6–8 weeks, so we recommend ordering yours well before your wedding day.
